I had high hopes for Snowe

I had high hopes for Snowe. I first purchased a down alternative duvet, which I love. Unfortunately, this is the only thing Snowe has done well. We moved so I purchased several sets of wine glasses, serveware and dinnerware. Virtually all of these have broken or chipped. One wineglass broke in my hands as I picked it up.

Their customer “support” refused to do anything and accused me of mishandling items. These were just out of the 6 month warranty period. After complaining Snowe offered me a 15% discount on a future order.

Stay away. This company produces rubbish and won’t stand behind their products. Absolutely awful company.

Terrible Customer Service

Purchased a product from this company. It was of poor quality and finish. They fought me about doing a pickup for the item to get it back saying they couldn't afford to do that ... but they were the ones that sent me a poorly made product for a premium price. HOWEVER, I asked how long it would take for a refund once they received it ... three weeks! Three weeks to get a refund. New fly-by-night popup internet companies are becoming so problematic to deal with. I would never consider this company ever again over how they handled this and the crap they put in the box they sent me. All their positive youtube reviews must be getting massive kickbacks to promote their stuff. But three weeks to get a refund and they said it would likely take the whole three weeks ... I am going to have to keep track of this return for a full month now! Aggghhh. I've already spent 90 minutes dealing with them and the time will just keep piling up. They are so frustrating.

Don’t order Linen sheets from Snowe!

I ordered the Linen sheets in May and paid $400+. I waited and waited and waited. Finally at least a month later I was informed that they were delayed a month. I requested a refund and got it. I got a notice in Sept.that the sheets (linen) were back in stock and again ordered the sheets. They again charged my credit card and I again waited, and waited and waited. I received an email in October that the sheets were again back ordered and would not be in until November. I received an email this week with another month long delay. Many companies I’ve worked with don’t charge your credit card till the product ships. So Snowe has had my money for over 3 months.
